Line concrete pump (Concrete pump)

A concrete pump is a vehicle equipped with a device for transferring ready mixed concrete, conveyed by a concrete mixer truck, at the cast in place through a pipe or hose at a construction site. Various types of concrete pumps are provided according to the working site and the scale of work.

The ultra-highpressure piston pump is mounted.Highly maneuverable, work well even if a narrow construction site.

FEATURES

Newly-designed hydraulic circuit with outstanding reliability and durability many Japanese parts for the main pumps and the valves are adopted.
Wear-plate and wear-ring are made of super-hard alloys that give longer operating time.
The auto lube system lubricates the actuating parts of S-valve, valve cylinder and hopper efficiently.
A high-horsepower engine(250Ps) is adopted . Max output pressure of 14.6MPa (8B) is achieved.
The concrete cylinders can be replaced with new one easily often opening the Bottom flap.
The switch is located at the control panel that is switchable between high pressure pumping and standard pressure pumping quickly including pumping to high places and to a distance.
