June 1955 Kyokuto Kaihatsu Kikai Kogyo Co., Ltd. was founded in Tsurumi-ku, Yokohama with the capital of \2,500,000. Started to manufacture and sale of special purpose vehicles.
April 1957 Headquarters and the Head Plant were relocated to Kamikoshien, Nishinomiya, Hyogo.
October 1959 Nagoya Plant went into operation.

January 1961 Koshien Plant (now Headquarters) went into operation.
March 1962 Yokohama Plant went into operation.
April 1962 Headquarters were relocated to the present location.
Head plant then existing was renamed as machine plant.
August 1964 Power Gate (loading labor saving equipment) was developed.
January 1965 Compact three-way dump truck was developed.
July 1965 Tokyo Office was opened in Kanda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
May 1966 Technical cooperation was established with Inter Consultant Corporation, Sweden to develop a spherical, pneumatic container for carrying powdered material (Jet Pac) and technical cooperation was established with Challenge Cook Brothers Corporation, US to develop Squeezecrete concrete pumps.
June 1966 The first model of the Squeezecrete rolled out.
February 1967 The first model of the Jet Pac rolled out.
May 1967 Belt loader (baggage loader for aircraft) was developed.
April 1968 Tokyo Business office was relocated (to Toranomon Tokyo).
May 1968 Minicrete (mortar pump) was developed.
February 1969 A technical center was opened within the site of Headquarters.

March 1970 Technical cooperation was established with Tremache Corporation, United Kingdom to develop garbage pulverizer.
Tokyo Business Office (now Tokyo Head Office) was relocated to Hamamatsu-cho, Minato-ku, Tokyo and the business was expanded.
June 1970 Nagoya Plant was relocated to the current site.
September 1970 The first model of the Kyokuto-Tremache garbage pulverizer was delivered to customer.
Fukuoka Service center (now Fukuoka Plant) went into operation.
January 1971 No.2 Head Plant (previous Itami Plant) went into operation.
April 1971 he company was renamed Kyokuto Kaihatsu Kogyo, Co., Ltd.
August 1972 Press Pack (a garbage collector) was developed.
April 1974 Kyokuto Service Engineering Co., Ltd. was founded.
November 1974 Began exporting to overseas countries manufacturing technologies for tank lorries, Press Packs, concrete mixers, Jet Pacs, etc.
December 1974 Shotcrete (a concrete blower) was developed.
August 1979 Machine Plant was relocated to Miki Plant.
October 1979 Sagami Plant went into operation.
Servicing department was separated, and Kyokuto Auto Service Co., Ltd. was founded.
